About our Business
Millers Self Storage is a locally owned family business dedicated to the storage and Moving needs of Monterey Peninsula residents and businesses. Designed and built by the Miller family in 1985 as the first centrally located storage in the city of Monterey. The same family ownership continues to this day to operate a friendly, customer oriented storage facility with convenient seven day a week access.
In 2011 we expanded our storage facilities to include Valley Village Self Storage in Carmel Valley. Convenient self storage for Cachaqua right in the heart of the Carmel Valley Village at 15 Delfino Place.
About our Self Storage Facilities
We offer a variety of safe, secure storage spaces from small 3’ x 4’ lockers to walk in sized units including 5 x 5’s, 5 x 10’s, 10 x 10’s 10 x 15’s, 10 x 20’s, 10 x 24’s and others.
We maintain competitive pricing for all of our units and unlike Some big national franchised operations, our prices don’t increase every few months once you move in.
Our facility is securely locked and alarmed on closing so your possessions will be safe from intrusion by others. Access is recorded by 24/7 video cameras operating from various locations on site. Our personnel are happy to offer helpful, friendly service and will welcome you as you visit. Key pad access will open our entry gate upon arrival and departure. Ample parking allows you to park in front of the access area where easy to move four wheel carts will allow you to move your goods to your unit on the first floor or via elevator on multiple floors
All walk in units are protected by an automated sprinkler system for fire protection. You place your lock on the door to your unit and you keep the key. Every unit provides safe, dry, secure storage for your possessions.
A Note from Nicki Restani, Manager of Millers Self Storage
My name is Nicki and I have been the manager of Millers Self Storage for over 10 years. In that time my duties have progressed. I also handle sales, train and supervise employees, and am a certified Penske truck rental agent.
In 2007 and 2008 I received the Penske MVP (most valuable person) award. In 2009 I received the “agent of the year award” from Penske for doing the largest volume of truck rentals in the district.
The owners of Millers Self Storage, Jim and Barbara Miller are like family to me. I have met many nice people over the years. I take pride in what I do and find it very rewarding when customers drop by the office to say “Hi” and to see my little dog, Oscar. I even get an occasional phone call or card from customers who have left the area. I treasure the friendships that I have made and I will continue to serve everyone with a smile for years to come.
